Voteweb is an online voting solution initially created in 2009 to meet the dematerialization needs of professional elections. It has since evolved continuously to allow the management of other ballots (CSE, General Assemblies, Referendums, Representatives, voting in meetings…) while respecting the existing legal framework and proposing technical answers going beyond the legal recommendations to guarantee serene elections to our customers.

Voteweb complies with the latest CNIL 2019-053 recommendation of April 25, 2019 and its 3 security levels as well as the latest international security standards.
Security
The platforms are hosted in a French datacenter operated by a French company and among others certified ISO 27001 (Information System Security), ISO 27017 (Cloud security), ISO 27018 (Personal data security).
Confidentiality
The integrity of the vote is guaranteed throughout the process by taking digital fingerprints certified by an independent expert and verifiable at all times by the participants. In addition, voters can check the presence of their ballot in the ballot box at any time. When the type of election requires anonymity, this is provided by strong end-to-end encryption.
